Cropmark Seeds ‘Back to grassroots’ Rugby Club Promotion

Terms and Conditions.

For every 100kg purchased of Cropmark Seeds’ Ultra Enhanced® Ryegrass, Revolution Enhanced® Ryegrass or Sonik Italian Ryegrass, Cropmark Seeds will donate $25 to the purchaser's nominated Rugby Club.

To qualify for the $25 per 100kg reward, purchases of Ultra Enhanced® Ryegrass, Revolution Enhanced® Ryegrass or Sonik Italian Ryegrass can be purchased either as straight product (on its own) or as part of a mix. However the mix must contain a minimum of 100kg of Ultra Enhanced® Ryegrass, Revolution Enhanced® Ryegrass or Sonik Italian Ryegrass to be eligible for the $25 reward e.g. if a farmer buys a grass seed mix that contains 10kg of Revolution (for example) and 15kg of another variety not listed above, then the farmer would need to buy 250kg of that mix to ensure that the minimum Revolution component is 100kg. The nominated Rugby Club would only be rewarded on the 100kg Revolution component, not the 250kg total mix.

All New Zealand retail store mixes that contain Ultra Enhanced® Ryegrass, and Revolution Enhanced® Ryegrass or Sonik Italian Ryegrass will be eligible for the rewards.

Claiming of reward

To ensure that your rugby club gets rewarded for the purchase of Ultra Enhanced® Ryegrass, Revolution Enhanced® Ryegrass or Sonik Italian Ryegrass, the purchaser must send to Cropmark Seeds their proof of purchase of the seed (including the ratio of Ultra, Revolution or Sonik contained in a mix, if applicable).

When sending in proof of purchases, the purchaser must include their name, address and contact phone number, as well as their nominated Rugby Club.

Alex Wylie coaching clinic

The Rugby Club that raises the most money will receive a free coaching clinic by ex All Black and coach Alex Wylie. The timing of this coaching clinic will be dependent on the availability of Mr Wylie at the time.

Timing of promotion

The ‘Back to grassroots’ Rugby Club Promotion will run from Monday, 18th January 2010 to Friday, 14th May 2010. All proof of purchases and contact details must be in to Cropmark Seeds by 5.00pm on the 19th May, 2010 for the nominated clubs to be eligible for their donation.

Nominated clubs will receive their monetary donation from Cropmark Seeds within 60 days of the promotion closing on Friday, 14th May 2010.
